On some pages, you can make requests, register to receive materials, and purchase product by credit card via a secure, certified third-party payment processing provider.

We do not share this information with outside parties, except our payment processing partner, and only to complete a transaction. Information you submit on our website will not be used for marketing purposes, unless you are a Ritchey or syncros sponsored club, team or racer, whom we contact with promotional and product information.

We may use non-identifying and aggregate information internally, or with web development and content providers, in order to improve the design our website. For example, we may share with a provider that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women created an account or chose to fill out a registration form, but we would not disclose anything information that could be used to identify those individuals.

Finally, we never use personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above, without expressly providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
