The ValueAct Capital Women's Cycling Team
The ValueAct Capital Women's Cycling Team is a group of dedicated, enthusiastic, professional women cyclists who are committed to help create a positive and supportive environment for women's competitive cycling in the US. In its inaugural year, the team garnered top podium spots in many of the NRC races. For 2008, the team has added top talent to the roster, with the goal of becoming one of the top 3 women's teams in the country.
The team is based out of the San Francisco Bay area, but our roster spans the globe, from the Colorado Rockies to Australia, Canada and Israel. The team will be traveling across the country, contesting the National Racing Calendar and Women's Prestige Cycling Series.

Los Altos, California (Nov 28, 2007) Team TIBCO professional women's cycling team continues to add firepower to its roster as it gears up for the 2008 season. New recruits Amber Rais, Helen Kelly, Lauren Franges, Rachel Heal, Rushlee Buchanan, and Sarah Caravella comprise the latest additions to the elite pro racing team. The "six-pack" will link up with TIBCO racers Victoria Bastide and Brooke Miller. The additions underline the team's stated goal of creating a world class roster to compete at the sport's major races.
With a two tiered team structure of 9 elite level racers and a 7 member development team, TIBCO is able to capture unknown talents, provide them with mentoring and coaching and give them the opportunity to develop into future national and international level racers. Several development riders have graduated from Cat 4 to Cat 1/2 in a single season. Former 1996 Olympian, 1996 World Championship bronze medalist, and six-time Canadian National Champion, Linda Jackson serves the role of Director Sportif for TIBCO. Roger Bennett serves as Team Manager and Mechanic, while Patty Phillips handles Public Relations.

PROMAN Paradigm
The PROMAN Women's Pro Cycling Team was founded in Marin County, California in 2006 by Nicola Cranmer and a group of cycling, mountain bike and cyclocross veterans with the ambition to quickly become an Elite Women's cycling team. The PROMAN squad is comprised of seasoned race veterans, promising rising stars and Olympic cycling, Track racing and Mountain bike hopefuls. With an unprecedented 2006 inaugural season the team achieved an overall win of the NCNCA Women's Premiere Series and NCNCA best all round rider competition before finishing the season with 67 top 5 finishes and 25 wins. For 2007, the team quickly added depth to its roster and was joined by Director Sportif, Giana Roberge, co founder and director of the fabled Saturn Professional Women's Team and Quark Professional Team before going on to capture 153 regional and National podiums including 54 wins and 20 State and National Championship Titles.
A United States Cycling Federation (USCF) affiliate team, and a UCI track team, the PROMAN Women's Pro Cycling Team for 2008 will grow to field 16 riders who will compete at elite races throughout the United States and abroad with the goal of helping the sport of cycling to add a Women's race at the Amgen Tour of California, the Tour of Georgia and the Tour of Missouri. For 2008 Cranmer and Roberge will structure an Elite regional team and a Professional team showcased
by several current and former World, National and State Champions, and US National Team members. In addition to the Professional Team, PROMAN's development team will act as a feeder team for the Professional team, developing a young talent pool into future Olympic stars. Cranmer and Roberge have signed an outstanding roster for 2008 with an eye on developing riders for the Olympic Games in London 2012.

Advil-ChapStick
Advil-ChapStick returns to the 2008 NRC circuit. For the 2008 season various amazing women were added to the roster to round out the team for both criterium and stage racing concentrations. Sue Palmer Komar from Canada has signed and is excited to come back to the National Circuit after giving birth to her second child this past July. The team is excited to see her continued strength as a GC rider. Utah resident and student, Sarah Tillitson (USA) has also signed to the team bringing her overwhelming experience as a domestique and strong hold for GC riders. The team is also very excited to have Jen Mcrae sign for her second year with Advil-ChapStick where she will continue her ever impressive dominance on the criterium circuit. After finishing second at Criterium Nationals she is excited to again maintain hot pursuit for the National Criterium Championship title with also a focused win in Philly for 2008. Last but not least we are also excited for our returning under 23, Collegiate Criterium Champion Natalie Klemko's return with another year of experience under her belt.
